I started this by accident.
It was just shots of lads doing what lads do. But it grew. And us with it. Now, as I write this, it’s been a project 7 years in the making - a collection of photos to represent the most important period of my life.
They’re moments, just moments, capturing not any one seismic shift in our lives, but small, almost imperceptible changes, stepping stones to the future us. It’s only looking back now that I realise how important these moments really were – 2016 to 2018 still feel like the best, and most hectic years of my life.
In 2022 ‘Boyhood’ was shortlisted in the open category of the Belfast Photo Festival.
